If you are searching for longeye longeye foldable piano keyboard alternatives, you likely want a portable instrument with specific features. The Longeye FOLD PRO II offers 88 semi-weighted keys and unique upward-facing speakers in a compact foldable design. It includes a sustain pedal and carrying case for beginners who need a complete, travel-ready setup. However, its specific weight and speaker configuration may not suit every player's needs or space constraints.
You might prefer a different option for various reasons. Some players prioritize Bluetooth connectivity for app integration, while others need an LCD screen for clear visual feedback. Weight is another factor, with some models offering lighter portability than the original 15.5-pound unit. These alternatives were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original, including 88-key counts and semi-weighted actions. This list covers 6 options that maintain the core functionality you expect from a folding piano while offering distinct advantages in size, connectivity, or included accessories.
Our top pick: Longeye FOLD PRO II 88-Key Folding Piano.
How each alternative compares
OYAYO 88-Key Folding Semi-Weighted Keyboard
The OYAYO FP88D matches the Longeye with 88 semi-weighted keys and a portable foldable form. It distinguishes itself by adding velocity sensitivity, which provides more nuanced dynamic control than the Longeye’s standard touch response. This model targets travelers who prioritize app connectivity, offering wireless integration that the Longeye lacks. While the Longeye includes a carrying case and sustain pedal in the box, the OYAYO focuses on the core instrument and digital features. You should choose this if you need app support and slightly more responsive key action, accepting that you may need to source accessories separately.
Rhymo 88-Key Folding Semi-Weighted Keyboard
The Rhymo model with the LCD screen offers a distinct visual advantage over the Longeye, which has no display. It includes Bluetooth connectivity for wireless app use, a feature absent on the Longeye. Both instruments provide 88 semi-weighted, velocity-sensitive keys. However, the Rhymo is significantly lighter at 7.72 pounds compared to the Longeye’s 15.5 pounds, making it much easier to transport. This model suits beginners who want clear visual feedback and wireless capabilities. You trade the Longeye’s included accessories and heavier build for a lighter, more connected device with an LCD screen.
NikoMaku SWAN-S 88-Key Portable Digital Piano
The NikoMaku SWAN-S is a white, semi-weighted 88-key portable piano that differs from the black Longeye in color and weight distribution. It is designed as a complete kit, similar to the Longeye, but focuses on a lightweight setup for travel. The NikoMaku lacks the Longeye’s unique upward-facing speakers and specific MIDI interface mentions. It is a practical choice for beginners needing a full kit without the bulk of the Longeye’s 15.5-pound frame. You should pick this if you prefer a white aesthetic and a simpler, lighter portable package over the Longeye’s more complex speaker system.
Rhymo 88-Key Foldable Digital Piano
The second Rhymo model, FP88S, emphasizes USB-MIDI connectivity, which the Longeye also supports but with different implementation details. It features 88 semi-weighted keys and targets both beginners and adults. This model weighs 11.5 pounds, making it lighter than the Longeye’s 15.5 pounds. It offers a balanced mix of portability and app integration. Unlike the Longeye, which highlights its upward-facing speakers, this Rhymo focuses on its connectivity and full-size key count in a foldable design. Choose this if you want a lighter instrument with robust USB-MIDI capabilities for computer integration.
GarveeLife 88-Key Folding Piano
The GarveeLife 88-Key Folding Piano includes Bluetooth connectivity, a feature the Longeye does not list. It offers 88 semi-weighted keys and comes with a complete package including a stand, which the Longeye does not include. This model weighs 12.3 pounds, slightly less than the Longeye’s 15.5 pounds. It is designed for beginners who want portability without sacrificing key count or app connectivity. The added weight is a trade-off for the included stand and robust feature set. You should select this if you need a stand and Bluetooth, accepting the heavier build for a more complete package.
FingerBallet 88-Key Folding Piano Keyboard
The FingerBallet X88D1 is a highly portable option at just 6.72 pounds, significantly lighter than the Longeye’s 15.5 pounds. It features 88 semi-weighted keys and includes Bluetooth connectivity for app integration, which the Longeye lacks. This model is ideal for travelers who value wireless MIDI and battery power over strict acoustic key feel. It provides a solid, all-in-one solution for students needing portability. You should choose this if you prioritize extreme lightness and wireless features, accepting that it may not replicate the acoustic key feel as closely as the Longeye.
