6 Best Alternatives to the YAMAHA PSR-EW320 76 Touch Sensitive (2026)

How each alternative compares

Yamaha 76-Key Portable Keyboard

The Yamaha YPT-W320 matches the original exactly in key count, touch sensitivity, and physical dimensions. Both measure 45.2 inches wide and weigh 11.4 pounds. The main difference lies in the model designation. You get the same portable form factor and beginner-friendly features. This option is nearly identical to the PSR-EW320. It suits those who prefer this specific model name or find it available at a different time. The specs remain consistent across both units. You do not gain extra range or different key action. It is a direct alternative for those who want the exact same instrument under a slightly different badge.

Donner 88-Key Velocity-Sensitive Digital Piano

The Donner DEK-80 expands your range with 88 keys instead of 76. It adds full piano breadth for classical or broader repertoire. The key action remains velocity sensitive, matching the original’s touch response. However, it lacks the specific learning features like Touch Tutor found in the Yamaha. The form factor stays portable, though the size differs. You gain a complete accessory bundle, which the original does not explicitly list. This suits beginners who need standard piano key count. You trade the 76-key specific layout for full 88-key capability. USB-MIDI connectivity is included for digital integration. It is ideal if you want a more traditional piano layout in a portable package.

Yamaha Piaggero 61-Key Portable Piano

The Yamaha NP15 reduces your key count to 61 keys. It sacrifices the extended range of the 76-key original. The weight remains similar at 11.5 pounds. The key action is still velocity sensitive. This model prioritizes battery power, a feature not highlighted in the original’s data. It suits travelers who need a lighter, more compact instrument. You give up ten keys for potentially easier transport and battery operation. The dimensions are slightly narrower. It is a practical choice for gigging musicians or those with limited space. You keep the Yamaha brand reliability and portable design. The trade-off is reduced range for increased mobility and power flexibility.

Rhymo 88-Key Foldable Digital Piano

The Rhymo FP88S offers 88 keys in a folding design. It provides full piano range unlike the 76-key original. The key action includes weighted and semi-weighted options, differing from the original’s touch-sensitive only action. This suits players seeking a piano-like feel. The weight is similar at 11.5 pounds. It includes USB-MIDI connectivity and a sustain pedal. You gain portability through folding, which the original lacks. The trade-off is the loss of Yamaha’s specific learning features and built-in songs. It is ideal for travelers who need 88 keys without bulk. You get a different tactile experience with weighted keys. It fits those who prioritize key feel and folding convenience over brand-specific features.

OYAYO 88-Key Folding Semi-Weighted Keyboard

The OYAYO FP88D provides 88 keys in a folding portable package. It expands your range beyond the original’s 76 keys. The key action combines weighted, semi-weighted, and velocity-sensitive features. This offers a more complex feel than the original’s touch-sensitive keys. It includes a sustain pedal for expressive playing. You gain full piano range and folding convenience. The trade-off is the loss of Yamaha’s built-in learning tools and song library. It suits students or gigging musicians who need transportability. You get a different tactile response with weighted elements. It is ideal for those who prioritize key count and folding design over specific brand features. The connectivity options are not explicitly detailed in the provided data.

Rhymo 88-Key Folding Semi-Weighted Keyboard

The Rhymo Keyboard offers 88 keys with a folding design. It includes Bluetooth connectivity, a feature not mentioned for the original. The key action is weighted, semi-weighted, and velocity-sensitive. This provides a different tactile experience than the original’s touch-sensitive keys. It includes an LCD screen for visual feedback. The weight is lighter at 7.72 pounds. You gain wireless app integration and portability. The trade-off is the loss of Yamaha’s specific learning features and built-in songs. It suits beginners who value wireless connectivity and app learning. You get a lighter, folding instrument with 88 keys. It is ideal for those who prioritize digital integration and compact storage over traditional keyboard features.
